He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by him all things were created:
things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all
things were created by him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he
is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that
in everything he might have the supremacy. For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, and
through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace
through his blood, shed on the cross.
"Precious Gifts" By Lea Dyer Snow
Have you ever seen a rosebud fresh with morning dew,
and felt that God had fashioned it, especially for you?
Have you ever heard the lonesome sounds of doves that greet the day,
and wondered if they spoke to God, and what they had to say?
Have you ever held a newborn child, and marveled at it's birth,
and knew that God had cupped His hands, and placed it here on earth?
Have you ever smelled a new mown lawn, fresh with the scent of spring,
and believed that God had chosen well, His place of awakening?
Have you ever held a butterfly, with dust upon it's wings,
and knew for you that God had made, all these wondrous things?
God gave to one and all alike, the gifts that He dispensed,
and bade us dwell in sweet delight, on earth He alone commenced.
He fashioned each and every thing, then blessed them with His touch,
and asked us tender them with care, for He loved them very much.

"Three Little Angels" By Lea Dyer Snow
One had a halo of golden light perched on her downcast head
And prayed for peace throughout the land
And her heart never be misled.
The second prayed for food for all and a home thats cosy and warm
Then bowed her head to ask for help
So her duties she could perform.
Now the third little angel, not a bit shy
And with her halo all askew
Asked God to find her favoirite friend
Her wonderful Winnie-The-Pooh.
She missed old Pooh with his raggedy fur
And with one of his eyes that was missing
Cause he was her friend when she resided on earth
And she needed his hugs and his kissing.
God granted her wish and found her old friend
And placed him down at her feet
She than hugged Gods neck and gave Him a peck
Then left Him her cookies to eat.
